1. Definitions

If you are a business user, you and TheHansFordReview irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
